Inka Ubud Spa – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Inka Ubud Spa, where your comfort, relaxation, and well-being are our top priorities. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all bookings, treatments, gift card use, promotions, and interactions with our spa.

Spa Hours

Inka Ubud Spa operates from 9am to 10pm daily.

Appointments & Booking

We highly recommend making an appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.
Walk-in guests are welcome and accommodated based on availability.
A valid phone number or email address is required to confirm your booking.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of IDR 200,000 per person is required to confirm all bookings.
Our reception team will contact you via WhatsApp or email with payment instructions. Deposits can be made via:
- Secure payment link
- Bank transfer
- In-person cash payment at the spa

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the entire deposit.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
Arriving late may shorten your session in order to avoid delays for the next guest.

Health Conditions

Kindly inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries before your treatment.
Guests who are pregnant, have skin sensitivities, or any medical concerns should consult a doctor prior to spa services.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Expired gift cards will only be honored at the spa’s discretion with written approval.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen cards may be replaced upon proof of purchase and verification by our team.

Children & Age Restrictions

Guests must be 16 years or older to receive treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To preserve a tranquil spa environment, we kindly ask that children not accompany guests unless they are receiving a treatment.

Personal Belongings

We encourage you to store valuables securely. Inka Ubud Spa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Conduct & Spa Etiquette

We expect respectful behavior toward staff and other guests at all times.
Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior, including intoxication, may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Prices & Promotions

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotions and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Prices include applicable local taxes and service charges.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via:
- Cash (IDR)
- Major credit and debit cards
- Bank transfer
Full payment is required upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Inka Ubud Spa is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or unforeseen event occurring during or after your visit.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and used only for booking and internal service purposes.
We do not share or sell your information to any third parties without your explicit consent.
