Spa Hours<\/h2>\n
Inka Ubud Spa operates from 9am to 10pm daily.<\/p>\n
Appointments & Booking<\/h2>\n\n- We highly recommend making an appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.<\/li>\n
- Walk-in guests are welcome and accommodated based on availability.<\/li>\n
- A valid phone number or email address is required to confirm your booking.<\/li>\n
- Deposit Requirement<\/strong>
\nA deposit of IDR 200,000 per person<\/strong> is required to confirm all bookings.<\/li>\n- Our reception team will contact you via WhatsApp or email with payment instructions. Deposits can be made via:\n

- Bank transfer<\/li>\n
- In-person cash payment at the spa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Deposits are refundable<\/strong> if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled time.<\/li>\n
- Cancellations made with less than 4 hours\u2019 notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the entire deposit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Arrival Time<\/h2>\n\n- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before<\/strong> your scheduled treatment.<\/li>\n
- Arriving late may shorten your session in order to avoid delays for the next guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Health Conditions<\/h2>\n\n- Kindly inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries before your treatment.<\/li>\n
- Guests who are pregnant, have skin sensitivities, or any medical concerns should consult a doctor prior to spa services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Gift Cards & Vouchers<\/h2>\n\n- Gift cards are valid for 6 months<\/strong> from the date of issue.<\/li>\n
- Expired gift cards will only be honored at the spa\u2019s discretion with written approval.<\/li>\n
- Gift cards are non-refundable<\/strong> and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Lost or stolen cards may be replaced upon proof of purchase and verification<\/strong> by our team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Children & Age Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n- Guests must be 16 years or older<\/strong> to receive treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.<\/li>\n
- To preserve a tranquil spa environment, we kindly ask that children not accompany guests unless they are receiving a treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Personal Belongings<\/h2>\n\n- We encourage you to store valuables securely. Inka Ubud Spa is not responsible<\/strong> for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Conduct & Spa Etiquette<\/h2>\n\n- We expect respectful behavior toward staff and other guests at all times.<\/li>\n
- Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior, including intoxication, may result in immediate termination of service without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
